Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
Thin-cut Chicken Breast, or Thighs
All Purpose Flour
Lane’s SPG or whatever seasoning you want for the chicken/flour
Olive or Avocado Oil
2 tablespoons of Butter (we used Banner Butter)
1/4 cup of Honey
2-3 gloves of minced/pressed Garlic (we alway use more!)
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1.5 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Cook
The chicken was pounded to an even thickness and dredged in the seasoned flour.
We pan fried the chicken in a little bit of oil until the IT was 155°.
Once all of the chicken was done, we added the butter to the pan and let it melt.
Next went in the garlic, sautéing until was fragrant, then the honey, soy, and ACV.
We mixed it well, then added the chicken back to the pan, cut the heat, and spooned the sauce over the chicken to coat well.
We served the chicken over rice.
