Burger Sauce
Ingredients
2-3 parts Duke’s Mayonnaise
1 part Big Rick’s Chipotle Ketchup
1/2 part Coleman’s Mustard
2-3 petite dill pickles, grated with microplane (Doux South Angry Cukes, run through a grater, have become our go-to)
A few Dash of Pickle Juice
Seasoning to taste: Lane’s Scorpion Rub, SPG, Brisket Rub, Cubano Rub, or just Salt and Pepper
Substitutes: Whataburger Spicy Ketchup or Fancy Ketchup, Regular Ketchup, Regular Mustard
Additions: Hoff & Pepper Hot Sauce, Sriracha
Cook
Mix well.
