Blackened Shrimp Tacos


Ingredients

  • Peeled and Deveined Shrimp

  • Lane’s Blackening Seasoning

  • Doux South Red Onion Cult Pickled Red Onions

  • Store bought Avocado Salsa Verde

  • Cabot Cheese Grated Pepper Jack

  • Flour Tortillas

  • Cilantro


Cook

  1. These beautiful shrimp were coated in Blackening and grilled hot-&-fast on the cast iron insert of the Traeger Ranger, running at 450°.

  2. The tortillas were heated on the Ranger, where we melted some Pepper Jack.

  3. Once we pulled them off, we put down a layer of Avocado Salsa Verde, piled the shrimp high, and finished with some pickled red onions and torn cilantro.
