Blackened Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
Lane’s Blackening Seasoning
Doux South Red Onion Cult Pickled Red Onions
Store bought Avocado Salsa Verde
Cabot Cheese Grated Pepper Jack

These beautiful shrimp were coated in Blackening and grilled hot-&-fast on the cast iron insert of the Traeger Ranger, running at 450°.
The tortillas were heated on the Ranger, where we melted some Pepper Jack.
Once we pulled them off, we put down a layer of Avocado Salsa Verde, piled the shrimp high, and finished with some pickled red onions and torn cilantro.
