Fully Loaded Pimento Cheese


Ingredients

  • Reload Run and Seasoning, Fully Loaded Rub, 1 teaspoon

  • Reload Run and Seasoning, Double Action, sprinkled on top

  • Duke’s Mayo, 1/2 cup

  • Boar’s Head Smoked Gouda, 4oz

  • Cabot Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, 6oz, grated

  • Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar, 6oz, grated

  • Kozliks Mustard, Triple Crunch Mustard, 1 tablespoon

  • Gulden’s Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 tablespoon

  • Worcestershire Sauce (The W Sauce or Lea & Perrins), 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic, 2 cloves

  • Bourbon Smoked Ground Black Pepper

  • Pimentos (diced and drained), ¼ cup

  1. In the food processer, we pureed the Fully Loaded, Gouda, mustards, Worcestershire, and garlic until smooth, then pulsed in the Duke’s until combined. 

  2. The cheddar cheese was grated and combined with the pimentos and black pepper, then we folded into the mixture from the food processer.
