Fully Loaded Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
Reload Run and Seasoning, Fully Loaded Rub, 1 teaspoon
Reload Run and Seasoning, Double Action, sprinkled on top
Duke’s Mayo, 1/2 cup
Boar’s Head Smoked Gouda, 4oz
Cabot Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, 6oz, grated
Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar, 6oz, grated
Kozliks Mustard, Triple Crunch Mustard, 1 tablespoon
Gulden’s Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire Sauce (The W Sauce or Lea & Perrins), 3 tablespoons
Garlic, 2 cloves
Bourbon Smoked Ground Black Pepper
Pimentos (diced and drained), ¼ cup

In the food processer, we pureed the Fully Loaded, Gouda, mustards, Worcestershire, and garlic until smooth, then pulsed in the Duke’s until combined.
The cheddar cheese was grated and combined with the pimentos and black pepper, then we folded into the mixture from the food processer.
