AbsolutelyFreakinKiller Sheet Pan Shrimp


Ingredients

  • Oishi Shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined - from the Butcher on Whitlock. We also took the tails off, but it’s not necessary. You also don’t need to peel them. Cooking in the shell created a ton of flavor!

  • BamaGrillMaster and Lanes’s AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub, but you can use any seasoning or rub that you like. This recipe is extremely versatile.

  • House-made Lemon Dill Butter from the Butcher on Whitlock. Once again, any butter will work, especially if its from Banner Butter!

  • Lime Juice


Cook

We thawed the shrimp, tossed them in lime juice, hit them heavy with AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub, dotted the pan with Lemon Dill Butter

They were grilled for 6 minutes on the Ranger, running at 400°. The IT of the shrimp was between 122° and 128°. This can be done in a grill or in an oven. Just set the temperature at 400° and you’re good-to-go!
