Oishi Shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined - from the Butcher on Whitlock. We also took the tails off, but it’s not necessary. You also don’t need to peel them. Cooking in the shell created a ton of flavor!
BamaGrillMaster and Lanes’s AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub, but you can use any seasoning or rub that you like. This recipe is extremely versatile.
House-made Lemon Dill Butter from the Butcher on Whitlock. Once again, any butter will work, especially if its from Banner Butter!

We thawed the shrimp, tossed them in lime juice, hit them heavy with AbsolutelyFreakinKiller AP Rub, dotted the pan with Lemon Dill Butter
They were grilled for 6 minutes on the Ranger, running at 400°. The IT of the shrimp was between 122° and 128°. This can be done in a grill or in an oven. Just set the temperature at 400° and you’re good-to-go!
