Reeses Monkey Bread
Ingredients
For the Monkey Bread:
2 (16 oz) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
32 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
For the peanut butter glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
Cook
Preheat oven (or Traeger, or grill) to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch bundt pan with duck fat spray.
Separate biscuits and cut each in half. Wrap a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup in each half, pinching the seams to make sure the cups are fully covered. Place in bundt pan.
Melt butter in microwave and whisk in the brown sugar until combined. Drizzle evenly over the dough in the bundt pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto serving platter.
While the monkey bread cools, make the peanut butter glaze. Whisk together all the ingredients until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.
Drizzle glaze evenly over monkey bread and top with chopped Reese’s cups.
