Simple Green Onion and Cheddar Eggs Over Toast

Fire and Smoke BBQ Co. The Classic Rub
Reload Rub Ballistic Seasoning
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
Green Onion, diced
Toasted White Mountain Bread
Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter
Cook
The eggs were hit with Classic and hard scrambled in some hot bacon grease. We added the green onion and grated cheddar once they were ~80% cooked.
The toast was smeared with some Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter, then piled high with the scrambled eggs.
The plate was finished with a dusting of Ballistic (Everything Bagel Seasoning) and a few more diced green onions.
