DriveStop Cowboy Butter
Ingredients
2 pucks (10oz total) of Unsalted Banner Butter
~1/2 puck (~2oz) of Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter
2 tablespoons of Kozlik’s Mustard Dijon Classique
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
10 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Lane’s Blackening Seasoning
1 teaspoon Lane’s Garlic²
1 teaspoon Lane’s SPG
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons sliced chives
2 teaspoons chopped thyme
Cook
Slowly melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, seasonings, and garlic. Whisk vigorously to emulsify (use a blender if you’d like, but this is a rustic sauce, so don’t worry about it too much!)
Remove from heat stir in the parsley, chives, and thyme.
Adjust the salt and pepper (SPG) as needed.
