DriveStop Cowboy Butter


Ingredients

  • 2 pucks (10oz total) of Unsalted Banner Butter

  • ~1/2 puck (~2oz) of Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter

  • 2 tablespoons of Kozlik’s Mustard Dijon Classique

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 10 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon Lane’s Blackening Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Lane’s Garlic²

  • 1 teaspoon Lane’s SPG

  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons sliced chives

  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme


Cook

  1. Slowly melt the butter in a sauce pan.

  2. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, seasonings, and garlic. Whisk vigorously to emulsify (use a blender if you’d like, but this is a rustic sauce, so don’t worry about it too much!)

  3. Remove from heat stir in the parsley, chives, and thyme.

  4. Adjust the salt and pepper (SPG) as needed.

  5. Enjoy!
