Chorizo Sausage Dip


Ingredients

  • House-made Chorizo from Four 41 South’s Sausage Making Masterclass (~2 pounds), this recipe usually calls for 1 pound of sausage

  • 2 packages (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Peppers

  • @oldfloridagourmet Lime Tortilla Chips


Cook

  1. Brown and drain sausage.

  2. Drain cans of Rotel and mix with sausage.

  3. Stir in softened cream cheese.

  4. Can be refrigerated. Heat before serving.
