Chorizo Sausage Dip
Ingredients
House-made Chorizo from Four 41 South’s Sausage Making Masterclass (~2 pounds), this recipe usually calls for 1 pound of sausage
2 packages (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Peppers
@oldfloridagourmet Lime Tortilla Chips
Cook
Brown and drain sausage.
Drain cans of Rotel and mix with sausage.
Stir in softened cream cheese.
Can be refrigerated. Heat before serving.
