Ingredients
Bayshore Oysters (Chesapeake Bay) from the Butcher on Whitlock
Lane’s Signature Rub
Panko Breadcrumbs
BBQ Banner Butter
Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese
Lane’s Kinda Sweet Sauce
Diced Chives

Cook
We mixed the panko with the signature rub and put a couple of pinches in each shucked oyster as we placed them on the Traeger.
3 minutes later, each oyster got a dollop of BBQ butter.
1 minute later, each oyster got a pinch of grated Pepper Jack
1 minute later, we pull the oysters and hit them with some sauce and a few chives.
