BBQ Oysters


Ingredients

  • Bayshore Oysters (Chesapeake Bay) from the Butcher on Whitlock

  • Lane’s Signature Rub

  • Panko Breadcrumbs

  • BBQ Banner Butter

  • Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese

  • Lane’s Kinda Sweet Sauce

  • Diced Chives

Cook

  1. We mixed the panko with the signature rub and put a couple of pinches in each shucked oyster as we placed them on the Traeger.

  2. 3 minutes later, each oyster got a dollop of BBQ butter.

  3. 1 minute later, each oyster got a pinch of grated Pepper Jack

  4. 1 minute later, we pull the oysters and hit them with some sauce and a few chives.
