Reload Asiago Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1/2 puck of Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter
1 package of frozen Spinach, thawed and drained well
1 cup of Heavy Cream
1+ tablespoons of Reload Magnum Rub (to taste)
~1 1/2 tablespoons of minced, fresh garlic
4 oz of softened Cream Cheese
4+ oz of freshly grated Boar’s Head Asiago Cheese
Cook

In a cast iron skillet, add the butter, drained spinach, heavy cream, Magnum, garlic, and cream cheese
Bring to a simmer and mix well.
Add the Asiago.
Continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the dip reaches your desired thickness, ~20 minutes.
