Reload Asiago Spinach Dip


Ingredients

  • 1/2 puck of Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter

  • 1 package of frozen Spinach, thawed and drained well

  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream

  • 1+ tablespoons of Reload Magnum Rub (to taste)

  • ~1 1/2 tablespoons of minced, fresh garlic

  • 4 oz of softened Cream Cheese

  • 4+ oz of freshly grated Boar’s Head Asiago Cheese


Cook

Recipe by Reload Rub & Seasoning

  1. In a cast iron skillet, add the butter, drained spinach, heavy cream, Magnum, garlic, and cream cheese

  2. Bring to a simmer and mix well.

  3. Add the Asiago.

  4. Continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the dip reaches your desired thickness, ~20 minutes.
